Marta Krzeptowska
Marta Krzeptowska is a film producer and Head of International Development at ORKA Production Studio, where she specialises in international co-productions and high-end content. She is a co-producer of BEAUTIFUL EVENING, BEAUTIFUL DAY, which won the Audience Award at the Frameline San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival and was Croatia’s submission to the Academy Awards. In 2025, Krzeptowska completed QUE MA VOLONTÉ SOIT FAITE, which was presented in the Directors’ Fortnight at the Festival de Cannes and was later selected for the New Horizons Film Festival and the Gdynia Film Festival, both in Poland. Other credits include SHARP CORNER, which played at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2024 and was acquired by NEON. She is currently finalizing LEX JULIA, which shoots in August 2025. Krzeptowska has over a decade of experience in factual and documentary production, with work for BBC, Discovery, Canal+, TVP, and A&E. Krzeptowska is an alum of EWA, ProPro, ACE, Market Ready, and Inside Pictures.
Melania Kulczycka
Melania Kulczycka is the founder of VuFinder Studios and a specialist in new technologies for film production. She focuses on promoting innovations, including virtual production in the studio using Unreal Engine. Today, VuFinder Studios has completed over 80 projects, not only for the Polish market but also for international partners from France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States. In 2025, Melania was also appointed to the board of OTO Family – the largest production and film holding company in Poland, bringing together eight companies. As Vice President, she is responsible for developing the group’s long-term growth strategy, with an emphasis on implementing innovative technologies and identifying new directions for expansion. As an engineer in the film industry, she excels at introducing new technologies effectively.
Igor Simić
Igor Simic graduated from Columbia University in New York with a double-major in Film Studies and Philosophy. His short films screened at film festivals, received awards, including the 1st Prize at Loop Barcelona, and were exhibited at art institutions, such as Kunsthalle Mainz, Ulm Museum, Palazzo Strozzi in Florence, The Art Institute of Chicago, etc. Simic is represented by Gallery Anita Beckers in Frankfurt. As the creative director and CEO, Simic co-founded the gaming company Demagog Studio, which created Golf Club: Wasteland (on storefronts Golf Club: Nostalgia) that was featured by Apple in 2018 and shown at Manifesta 14. The studio created two more games in the same world: The Cub, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival 2022 and Highwater for Netflix in 2023. Simic is a tutor and moderator at Berlinale Talents and Sarajevo Talents.
