WHO ARE WE
After a pupil’s suicide, a school trip exposes the haunting path to tragedy. As the journey unfolds, the bullies are the same, the victims are new, and the shadow of the dead pupil looms over them all.

DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT
I saw raw footage: two girls slapping their friend, calmly, like it was nothing. It was filmed by a child. Later, it was deleted at the parents’ request. I couldn’t unsee it. As a father, I was shaken. Innocence and cruelty had merged. I began asking, have we always been like this? Or have we surrendered our children to the Internet and silence? Who are we follows a class stranded in a remote hotel after their bus breaks down. Two weeks earlier, their friend Andrija took his life. His best friend, Zoza, speaks out. The class turns on him. He runs, hides, is found and betrayed. What follows is humiliation. Then something shifts. He returns, silent, transformed. Told in three acts, the film moves from realism into psychodrama and, finally, into a wordless, primal state. Violence spreads like fog. The line between victim and executioner disappears. This film doesn’t offer answers. It stares at the wound, asking only that we don’t look away.
